Our Recent Foam Project

Roof construction of Gypsum/cement panels supported by steel members Areas of compromised panels have been replace with pressure treated lumber. Ceiling is subject to flash steam from wet processing equipment and process exhaust fans result in a building draft of up to 1/2 inH20

All unnecessary plumbing and electrical is removed. All remaining pipes and conduits are masked. After powerwashing, rusted steel work is addressed and ceiling is spray with ~2" of Closed cell FoamLok. Focus has been sealing the cracks between panels and the panel to steel transition points as opposed to spraying in a single direction pattern.
